Nars At First Sight palette

Buenos días a todos! Hoy voy a hablarles sobre la paleta de Nars "At First Sight" y no podría tener mejor nombre, ya que cuando la vi fue amor a primera vista. Es una paleta de edición limitada que consta del colorete Deep Throat, el polvo bronceador Laguna y cuatro sombras: All about Eve, Bellissima, Cordura y Nouveau Monde. Como todos los productos de Nars, esta paleta es de gran calidad, tanto el colorete y el bronzer, como las cuatro sombras son muy pigmentados y duran mucho tiempo en la piel. 

Good morning everyone! Today I will talk about the Nars palette: "At First Sight" and couldn't have a better name, because when I saw it was a love at first sight. It is a limited edition palette consisting of Deep Throat blush, Laguna bronzing powder and four eyeshadows: All about Eve, Bellissima, Cordura and Nouveau Monde. Like all Nars products, this palette have great quality, both blush and bronzer as the four eyeshadows are very pigmented and last long on the skin.

Me encantan este tipo de paletas ya que son muy practicas, sobre todo si tenemos que viajar o para llevar en el neceser. El packaging es igual al resto de productos de Nars, muy compacto y con un espejo enorme, de goma dura negra que como muchas sabréis se ensucia mucho, aunque este es el único defecto que le encuentro.

I love this kind of palettes as they are very practical, especially if we have to travel or to carry in our cosmetic bag. The packaging is the same as other products from Nars, very compact with a huge mirror, black hard rubber like many of you know is very dirty, although this is the only flaw that I find.

Una vez hecha la introducción voy a hablarles de los seis productos uno por uno. Empezando por el ya archiconocido colorete Deep Throat, uno de los coloretes mas emblemáticos de la firma, ya que es un color muy ponible, que queda muy bien tanto en pieles claras como en medias, aunque si tenéis la piel muy oscura apenas se notará, no es un blush muy intenso. El color es precioso, un melocotón coral con subtono rosado, tiene un sutil shimmer dorado y es de los coloretes de Nars menos pigmentados, por lo cual no hay que tener tanto cuidado al aplicarlo. Para mí es un básico para el día a día.

 I will speak of the six products one by one. Starting with the already well-known blush Deep Throat, one of the most iconic Nars blusher, as it's a very wearable color that looks good on both light and medium skin tones, but if you have very dark skin barely be noticed, it's not an intense blush. The color is lovely, peach coral with pink undertone, has a subtle gold shimmer and is one of the less pigmented blushes of Nars so you don't have to be so careful when applying. For me it is a essential for every day makeup.

En cuanto al polvo bronceador es otro de los productos estrellas de Nars y de los mas vendidos. Laguna tiene un color marrón tostado ideal para pieles claras o medias, yo soy NC 25 y me va de maravillas. Tiene algo de glitter pero cuando se aplica en la piel desaparece y simplemente deja un acabado satinado, es perfecto para contornear los pómulos o en verano darle algo de color a las mejillas. Lo que mas me gusta es que no tiende a ser anaranjado como otros bronzers y es muy pigmentado, tenía muchas ganas de probar este producto y cuando vi que esta paleta lo tenía no lo dudé ni un segundo! 

As for the bronzer is another Nars bestseller. Laguna is ideal for light or medium skin tones, I'm NC25 and suits me great. Has some glitter but when applied on the skin disappears and just leaves a satin finish, is perfect for contouring cheekbones or give some color to the cheeks in summer. What I love about this bronzer is that it hasn't orange undertone and is very pigmented. I really wanted to try this product and when I saw this palette I didn't hesitate a second!

Ahora hablaré un poco de las sombras de esta paleta. Empezaré por la sombra All about Eve que es un color muy clarito, un tono champagne satinado, que es perfecto para iluminar el arco de la ceja y el lagrimal o utilizarlo en todo el párpado para un look nude.

La sombra Nouveau Monde es un tono lila azulado con shimmer plateado, es la única sombra de la paleta con subtonos fríos y la que menos me gusta de las cuatro, pero porque me gustan más los colores cálidos, el color es bonito pero no termina de convencerme del todo.

Luego está la sombra Bellissima, un tono marrón medio de acabado mate, perfecto para contornear la cuenca del ojo o darle un look mas ahumado sin llegar a ser muy oscuro, creo que es un color clásico y perfecto para todos los días.

Y por ultimo, mi sombra favorita de la paleta: Cordura, es una sombra preciosa, un marrón intenso muy pigmentado con destellos dorados. Creo que es perfecta para ahumados, le da calidez a la mirada y el shimmer dorado luminosidad.

I'm going to talk about the four eyeshadows of this palette.

I'll start with All about Eve, this eyeshadow is a very clearly color, a satin champagne tone which is perfect to brighten the brow bone and the eye inner corner or use it all over the lid for a nude look.

The eyeshadow Nouveau Monde is a bluish lilac tone with silver shimmer. Is the only eyeshadow in this palette with cool undertones and my least favorite of the four, but because I like the warm tones more, the color is nice but not just convinced me.

Then there is the eyeshadow Bellissima, a medium brown tone matte finish, perfect for contouring the eye socket or give a more smoky look without being too dark, I think it's a classic color and perfect for everyday looks.

And finally, my favorite eyeshadow: Cordura, is a lovely shade. A very pigmented brown with golden sparkles. I think it's perfect for smoky eyes, gives warmth to the look and the golden shimmer gives luminosity.

Como conclusión creo que es una paleta muy versátil, con tonos clásicos ideales tanto para el día como para la noche. Además muy practica de llevar, su precio ronda los 57€ y es de edición limitada aunque todavía se puede encontrar en algunas paginas web o en Ebay, yo la compré en la web HQHair que tienen los productos de Nars a buen precio y con gastos de envío gratuitos y además suelen tener promociones y descuentos muy buenos.

In conclusion I think it's a very versatile palette with classic tones ideal for both day and night. Also very handy to carry, it sells for around € 57 and is limited edition but you can still find it in some web pages or on Ebay, I bought on the web HQhair with Nars products at great rates and charges free Delivery and also usually have very good promotions and discounts.
